System of cultivation: unusual radial system “pergola” with ungrafted vines and guyot rows

Harvest time: second week of october

Vinification: stainless steel

Wine maturation: 6 – 8 months in steel; 1 – 2 months in bottles before the commercialization

Organoleptic properties: – colour: rose petal
– nose: fruity, flowery and vegetal flavours with notes of red fruits, citrus fruits and spicy
– palate: fine, crisp, delicate, refreshing, mineral and elegant.

Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.

Food pairings: appetizers, sea-food, white meat
